# TronVibes Privacy and Safety

TronVibes is built to help people feel seen, remembered, strengthened, and invited toward light. That requires care. This page explains what the site may ask for, what should never be shared, and where the boundaries are.

## What You May Share

Depending on what you choose to use, you may share:

- A name, word, number, wallet address, or birth-date detail for symbolic reflection.
- A Support request, burden, question, or hope.
- Account context such as email or display name when a server-backed feature asks for it.
- Optional Trace Memory notes, such as preferences, goals, encouragement, boundaries, or what helps you feel remembered.
- Transaction IDs only when users voluntarily submit on-chain support or purchase proof.
- Optional browser camera permission for Joy Lab games or Silent Access hand/expression controls.

Every optional field is optional. Share only what you are comfortable sharing.

## What You Should Never Share

Never place these into any reading, Support, Trace Memory note, bug report, or chat:

- Seed phrases or recovery phrases.
- Private keys, passwords, or two-factor codes.
- Stripe secrets, B.AI keys, TronGrid keys, or server tokens.
- Full card numbers, bank details, government IDs, or medical records.
- Anything that would endanger you or another person if stored or seen by someone else.

## Trace Memory

Trace Memory is opt-in. It is meant to remember safe relationship context, not secrets.

The memory layer follows a compressive Trace pattern: safe moments can become brief facts and a compact summary, then that summary can be folded into future support so the app remembers gently without keeping everything in the prompt.

The memory layer should keep compressed context like:

- What encourages you.
- What tone feels helpful.
- What you are building.
- Boundaries you want respected.
- Gentle continuity for future visits.

You can export the current Trace Memory attached to your profile, and you can clear it. Clearing memory removes the compressed summary and safe facts from the profile so the relationship thread can begin again.

Trace notes are redacted before storage when they appear to contain private keys, seed phrases, passwords, card-like numbers, or API secrets. This guard helps, but it is not perfect. The best protection is still simple: never paste secrets into the app.

It should not store seed phrases, private keys, passwords, payment secrets, crisis details requiring emergency action, or anything manipulative.

## Session Cookies

Some server-backed features may use HttpOnly cookies so browser JavaScript cannot read the session token. Production should run through HTTPS so cookies can be marked Secure.

## Camera, Hands, and Expression Cues

Camera-powered controls are optional. TronVibes uses them for Joy Lab games and Silent Access features such as hand-signal commands, expression-aware pacing, and tai chi-inspired receive/release movements.

- Camera frames stay in your browser unless a future feature clearly asks for explicit consent.
- TronVibes should not store face data, hand data, biometric templates, or emotion profiles.
- Silent Access is not full sign-language translation. It is a simple command layer with text, tap, keyboard, and button fallback.
- Expression cues are only comfort signals. They should never be treated as diagnosis, truth detection, spiritual judgment, or proof of what a person feels.
- Camera signals suggest a next step, but the page should not navigate from a gesture unless the user chooses to use the current signal.
- Users can stop camera access at any time.

## Support and AI Reflections

Support support is free. Symbolic services, support, and games are free at launch. Optional VIBES purchases and treasury offerings help fund the project.

AI reflections are a sounding board. They are not:

- Medical advice.
- Legal advice.
- Financial advice.
- Emergency help.
- Guaranteed prophecy.
- A replacement for conscience, trusted community, professional care, or direct support.

Receive what produces love, truth, courage, peace, patience, repentance where needed, and practical next steps. Release anything that causes panic, pride, manipulation, despair, or confusion.

## Crisis and Human Help

If you may hurt yourself, may hurt someone else, are in immediate danger, or feel unable to stay safe, contact local emergency services now.

If you are in the United States, call or text **988** for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. If you are outside the United States, contact your local emergency number or a trusted local crisis service.

TronVibes can offer encouraging language and encouragement, but it cannot replace urgent human help.

## Payments and On-Chain Transactions

Blockchain transactions are normally irreversible.

- Inspect every TronLink or wallet prompt before signing.
- Buying VIBES through the sale contract is different from sending an optional treasury offering.
- Treasury offerings do not issue VIBES.
- Games open freely at launch and do not require payment.
- Stripe is dormant while launch readings are free; future card payments should be clearly labeled.

## Data Protection Direction

The launch direction is:

- Keep secrets out of the React app and public files.
- Keep B.AI and Stripe secrets server-side.
- Encrypt generated wallet private keys.
- Rate-limit sensitive endpoints.
- Use Cloudflare or equivalent edge protection before scale.
- Keep public documentation honest when risks change.

## Plain Promise

The goal is not to trap people, frighten people, or force belief. The goal is to hold up a clear light, tell the truth, protect the vulnerable, and help people take the next faithful step with dignity.
